Attached are the photos of the deck we built using Dek Blocks.

Because our lot is small, we had a challenge fitting a deck along side our above ground pool. The custom plan we received from you worked great to build the 8' X 16' deck. I was initially concerned with stability, but with the cross bracing recommended in the plan, the deck is extremely solid!

The railing around the deck was built following the Dek Block instruction sheet I received from the building supply store. It is very sturdy and functional. We seldom used our backyard in the past, but now we are out on the deck often, even if we're not going for a swim. We have breakfast on the deck on weekends & have hosted several cookouts too. At night, we sometimes sit out there with a couple of citronella torches providing light, which shimmers off the pool. The deck was a great vantage point for the recent meteor shower!
