At that size your shed turns from a general purpose building to a garage. This might not be a big concern for you at this point and you may not intend to put a car or other heavy items in your garage at this time but down the road you might put something very big and heavy in your garage that goes through the floor. Keeping the shed small will reduce the chances of putting something very heavy in the garage.

what has one to do with the other?
the question is....PostPosted: Tue Sep 16, 2008 12:33 pm Post subject: 12 x 28 shed
"I am wanting to build a 12 x 28 shed, reading through the post on here, I see that you do not recommend anything bigger then a 16 x 16."
YES or NO to the question was all the man wanted to know,
I am building a 10x16 shed. So I have been reading your reply's, they are subject specific. Someone asked about gravel, you vetoed his whole project. You could have made a comment about putting gravel under a shed to help drainage an keep away pests. Don't you see the potential of questions and reply's as a forum to supply information?
oh, and ps... who actually wants to log in passwords id names email accounts, just to post a comment or ask a question. You are loosing 99% of potential customers with this irrelevant red tape.
