I was wondering since my ground is not perfectly level can I place a patio stone directly underneth the deck block? I know the site recommends a 4 X4 post cut to the length to level it out but is it necessary? Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable

It will be much easier to level the deck using the 4x4 posts. The distance you need to level your deck might be 1" or 1/2" or 1-1/4". You are better off to cut each post to fit. Or are you thinking of leveling the base of the pier 3 Years, 9 Months ago
with the patio brick (ground/patio block/pier/....... as opposed to the top of the foundation to pier section (ground/pier/patio block/..) ? Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
