Preplacing Deck Blocks 1 Year, 7 Months ago  
Is it absolutely neccessary to place all of the deck blocks prior to starting construction on the Splash Deck? I would prefer to place the blocks one section at a time since I will only be working on the deck in my spare time.

That is exactly what I did. I did a section at a time as I have built mine over this summer whenever I had some free time. Good Luck to you.
