We built a floating deck with the Dek Blocks last summer. Over the winter, the deck has settled about 2-3". What is the best and easiest way to jack it up and raise the deck?
Should I recut longer new 4x4's, add dirt under the deck blocks or put some type of cement patio block under the Dek Blocks? Also, what size of sections should we jack up at a time??
We have a 15' x 30' oval pool.

That is not supposed to happen. Is there any chance that you put the blocks on disturbed soil? Sometimes when pools are built the ground beyond the footprint of the pool is disturbed as well. When the blocks are put on the disturbed ground they can settle along with the ground below them. Does this sound like the situation you are in?

To fix your deck you will to a couple of things. First inspect the area that settled. Make sure none of the joists are separating. If they are then you will need to fix that. Replace screws if needed. I do not think you will need to replace any boards.

To get the deck back up to the correct height you will need to replace the 4x4 post. DO NOT ADD SOIL UNDER THE BLOCK!

Ultimately this type of problem is unique to each deck. Please call the technical support helpline so we call give you specific advice.
