We are wanting to build a 12x20 deck onto the front of our mobile home in Iowa. The main question is that where we live we sometimes have a water problem. When it rains and the ground is full we will have on average 1 to 3 inches of standing water. The water does go down but sometimes takes a few days. Would using this deck system be ok for us?
