What would be the process for the initial attachment of a 2x4 or 4x4 to a brick house for a roof over a deck, ultimately to later enclose it?

We do not recommend that you use Dek-Blocks or our floating foundation system for
A.) a habitable roofed structure
B.)you plan to attach the deck to the house or any other secured structure.
